Bean Gill is a keynote speaker, emcee, and professional disruptor with one job in every room: to disrupt the discomfort of disability. On stages since 2013 and trusted by 100+ companies across Canada, the USA, and Puerto Rico, she takes apart everything audiences think they know about disability and makes them laugh while she does it.
Bean Gill didn’t plan to become an expert in disability inclusion. She became one by living on bothsides of it.She started her career as an X-ray Technologist. In 2012, a virus paralyzed her within ten minutes. What followed wasn’t just a medical event. It was a full dismantling of identity, career, and certainty. Most people would have stopped there. Bean built a company instead.
